All group classes will take place on Zoom, where we can see each other and interact without having to commute to the gym! I have been teaching online using live two way video training for over 6 years now and it is one of my favorite things to do. Imagine getting together every week with your friends from college or your sister who just moved across the country to have fun and get fit together without having to get in the car! Each of my classes will address different issues and incorporate different types of exercise. Take a Stretch & Ground class to alleviate the aches and pains from daily life and old injuries. Hop into a You Are Lovely class to get your blood pumping and give your self confidence a boost ( this class is one of my favorite ways to destress and build my body and mind at the same time). Personal Training || Live 2-Way || One on One
Online personal training is a great way to get your workouts in while maintaining control of your busy schedule. You can workout from anywhere you have a good internet connection and a laptop and you can ditch the added commute to the gym! Our first session will be a double, 40min to establish your goals, needs, and health history. The second 40 minutes will be your workout and my exercise evaluation. The information I compile from our first session will be used for the creation of your exercise prescription. Single sessions are available but to get the results you want, I invite you to commit to your goals by investing in a discounted package of 4 or 8 sessions to be used in a 4 week period. With each session tailored to you and take home workouts for the time in between, you are well on your way to success!
